Sigur Rós at The Paramount Theater

Sigur Rós does not just perform live music, they create vibrant worlds. The dedicated fans that scored tickets to the sold out show at The Paramount Theater in Seattle last night floated in the sky, sunk under the waves, and wandered through forests during the two hour phenomenal set. I had the luck of receiving a photo pass to the show and posting my photos and review on SSG Music. As it was a last minute acceptance in, I ended up being the writer for the piece too. You can read my full review on the SSG Music website by clicking here.

Music inspires and drives us all and in the past few months I've been blessed to take in a lot of it, camera in tow. This was my first live Sigur Rós show and taking my trusty gear along was a gift that I will be forever thankful for. If you ever get the chance to see them live, do it. No questions asked. For now I highly suggest that you press play on the song below, relax and dream your way through this set.

"Sæglópur" by Sigur Rós.
